Anybody gone for the system where you outlay (think about $7000 plus you get Govt rebates) for generating your own electricity and the electric companies pay you?
I have a Rheem electric water...

The closer you are to Sydney the more expensive the houses and closer you are to rat race. North shore you mentioned.. where on North shore?. I will put a link in here which might help....
