The information you provide in application forms and your employers provide in reference letters should be the true statement of actual and verifiable facts - not a copy/pasted text from NOC.

Yes, applications were dealt this way and still are but only in respect to cases received prior to June 26 2010 and the entire procedure you are talking about is...

If you have enough points now and meet all other criteria, but without occupation on the list and without arranged employment then coming to Canada on study permit with spouse/partner getting open...

536,786 applications in all economic classes = 1,234,600 people, versus annual quota of about 170,000 visas for all economic classes (FSW, federal Business class, plus all economic Quebec and PNP's)....

Withdrawing the application is always risky. But if it is your spouse/partner who is the principal applicant on the old application and his/her occupation is not on any list (old or new) then I think...

As your timeline indicates your case is being processed. The first priority is given to applications received after Feb 27 2008 - earlier cases are being processed if there are any processing...
