Hi there, yeh its been kinda the same for me too, wife at work all the time and i still have not got a job over 30 applied for now.
Been here for 5 weeks now, we are in palmy north.:(

Could not agree more we are still staying with friends although looking for a house now, currently we are sitting on the decking a little sun trap and its glorious.
I hear a lot off bad rap about...

Well our applications have been sent away nearly a fortnight now and still no word, not even an email to say that they have got them, is this normal, or is no news good news.:confused:

Yeh my wife starts her job on the 10th of may so timescales are tight. We are going to go for PR when we are there, thought the working visa was the quickest way to begin with and she got a job offer...

My wife and i have applied for a 5 year working visas has anyone else applied for this and how long did it take, have heard it can take as long as 8 weeks is this right.

Hi All

Hi all, im robbie my wife and i have just applied for 5 year working visas im going on the back of her as she is a nurse and been offered a job.
Once its all through we will be moving to Palmerston...
