I didn't get my letter of intent notarized because I'm the one being interviewed (another person mentioned that too before), but my fiance did.

It was a notary stamp, belonging to the person who was the notary, with my partner's signature and the notary's signature and date.

I googled jurat and there is no jurat attached. I agree that it can't be seen as an acknowledgement since there is no signature on a typical tax return. What my partner did is just signed the tax...

Just to keep people updated about the notarising of tax returns my partner sent me. I don't think it's officially the correct way to go about it, but we decided not to go via getting an IRS...

Yep, me too! Illnois sounds lovely. Am keen to visit that State and the other natural wonders the US has to offer. Houston too has extremes of hot and cold, although not as much snow as I'm used to...
