I recently sent off my app for the 175 skilled idependant visa this was classed as invalid and wasn't processed becasue i didnt get it in before the 1st of july 2010,

no i havent applied for state sponsor yet my job is not listed on the jobs in demand any body looks like i cant get in.

Exclamation Visa application invalid!!

So ive now come to terms that my application was invalid becasue of the cut off point of july 1st 2010,

So my options are to get a visa or not bother moving or aplly again another time aint sure...

The only reason I didn't apply online is because my occupation was not listed so I decided t apply through mail.

the existing application is in the post back to me and there is no fee because its a invalid application they cant process so no charge.

No I sent my app through the post, the application forms said not to do the police checks or medical until they tell ya to
