CR1 visa approved!!

Hi all,

Yesterday I had my visa interview and thankfully it was good news! I am approved and will be on a plane as soon as I get my passport back. :beer:

I got my interview letter back on 9th July.

Just to update you guys with good news, I've received the magical letter finally!! I have my interview date!! 2nd August. I'm so happy, after all that painful waiting I might finally have an end...

Hi Lee,

Our I-130 was received by the embassy on 12th Feb 2010. We received confirmation for this by email and about a week later the money was taken from our account.

We received our case...

No, there is no reason it has to be 'now'. We were originally hoping to go ASAP but have accepted that we are just going to have to get things in place first.
