A name check is when the FBI run your name on their computers to see if you are a known terrorist or belong to any terrorist groups. Usually the FBI also do a full background check on you as well...

My intial business idea was some kind of diner/restaurant or cafe but many people warned me off that idea as it a lot of hard work (which I'm used to anway) but also that food business doesn't do too...

Once they start your background checks I would imagine they check every little nook & cranny. Yes you would have thought they had a better system in place as this is surely ruining peoples lives,...

The FBI do a name check on their computers to see if you are a terrorist or belong to such organisations. If the computer pulls up your name for any reason then its a manual process of going through...

I am certain there are no age limits. The minimum recommended amount to invest in buying a business is $100,000 although I know some people have got their E-2 visa on a lower amount. Good luck!

There is no timeline for visa's to be cleared & issued. It could take weeks, months or even a year. I applied for mine a year ago from the uk & still havnt heard back anything & I know afew other...
