Hi,

If you inform to your CO, he/she will provide a request letter which you need to submit to the Singapore Police as an appeal for the PCC.Once it is approved you can apply for the PCC.

I lodged my GSM(175) on feb 2009 and still it is in processing commenced status for alomost 1 yr....
