I asked my HR department to provide me with a letter addressed "To whom it may concern", stating my job position, employment dates etc. I didn't bother telling them it was for an Oz visa.

Medical and X-ray both done (at same time) at Cromwell Hospital in Earls Court.

I'm leaving in April, by which time I'll have 9 full tax years of NI contributions.
