sent to london 28th june
arrived 2nd july
visa was added to passport 7th july
took just 5 days going royal mail to get here.
Passport was returned yesterday 17th july,

19 days all in, even...

It was an email, we had to send some proof that we were going to move to Canada. This was easy as we had already here staying with my partners parents. Anyway they asked for that proof to be sent...

A little bit of an update, settling in to Canada and its hot here!! Sent my passport off to London just over 2 weeks ago and yesterday E-CAS status changed to decision made. Once they send it back...

If hes not a UK citizen then it normally takes longer, as they will need to do a check on every country that he has lived in.

Congrats Fstone, its good that it made it in time. Make sure you let the embassy know when you drop it off that you will by flying out 5 days after the 2 week processing time so that they have it...
