I spoke with an immigration agent who said that in these circumstances they can overlook it.

At the end of the day, i don't want to stay here in Australia and all i need is a little more time,...

We definitely have to stay here until the child is born, it's unfair for her to be away from family or flying whilst heavily pregnant.

My friend did have a similar problem to yours and it got sorted in a matter of days.
They couldn't wait any longer for the visa to come through so his girlfriend (the aussie) contacted her local...

I have been told by QLD Licensing that i cannot apply for this until 11th October 2010. As soon as that date comes, by sure i will be first in line with a big smile on my face and my tool bag in...

Let me tell you, the licensing laws are a farse!

It's two separate things getting your actual immigration passed on having electrical...
