It can take somewhere from 2-3 months. Check FBI website for latest timeline update. You can also try emailing FBI, a request from your CO about PCC. They may entertain that. But there are no...

If your weren't arrested and processed for deportation like your dad, then your PCC should be clear. I mean if you left the country voluntarily, nothing should show on your record. Just to be sure,...

Visa should be coming anytime now.

One question..When you resubmit your PCC, did u resubmit for both US and Pak or just Pak. As from your location, you seem to be in Pak now, I am just wondering...

Xray for your wife can be a problem at this early stage of pregnancy. You should consult a good radiologist for this purpose before going for medicals.

I think they do their independent assessment. There are cases where PCC is Met and ASIO checks are going on.

Can you please share the last PCC you submitted is valid until when? In my opinion, if you PCC approaches expiry your CO will definitely ask you to resubmit a fresh one, since your IED will depend on...

Ya. 12 months being more conservative estimate. But 8 months was definitely true for recent approvals.

I am more inclined to believe that both kind of checks goes on at the same time. Doesn't matter what CO tells you. They just simplifies responses for us to understand. External takes 4 months or so...
