Yep, not much point in applying for a B-2 visa I guess. Think I will just wait on the Fiance Visa and use this time to try and save and get things organised to go...

Very helpful, well I suppose like you said I can apply for a B-2 visa while waiting. But like you said it probably wouldn't be approved, even though I wouldn't intend to use the B-2...

Yep, I have no idea if Arkansas will allow me to get a Arkansas driving license with just a marriage license, K-1 visa, UK driving license and passport. I don't know for how long I can use my UK...

Thanks Ian, Yep I get ya, I can only apply for AOS once I have gotten married and have the marriage certificate so will probably have about a 90-100 day wait to work once I apply for a AOS.
