More than 50 percent of the major corporations in the world are incorporated in Delaware. Doesn't mean it is worth the effort for a tiny outfit like mine though. Hence the question.

Yes of course. Big competition in the UK too.

I see high competition as a good thing, not a bad thing. I would much rather open a coffee shop on a road with 10 starbucks, than I would on a road...

I have been in talks with a lawyer but feel he is biased towards California. So yes I might need to find a national orientated adviser.

I do like CA, but if the East Coast is significantly...

Yes the purpose of the B1 visa is to lay the groundwork for a new business in the USA.

An L visa is a possibility for the future, but is off the table right now as B visa affords sufficient...

I'm scouting out some locations for a 2-3 person US office for my UK business.

For comparison, I've found secondary cities in England like Brighton or Bristol to be particular good for setting up...
