Finally i just talked US embassy on phone, the guy he said that on June 24 we send ur case back to USCIS through NVC for final decision they will contact you in one month...!!! Insha Allah

we trying to contact embassy since two days but their is phone is not working and even we emailed them twice but no response from them yet.

Someone told me that "If they truly did revoke your petition then you will never come to USA.
You cannot file a new petition
You can try but I think when they revoke a petition they will not...

I think the NVC have old information and maybe they USCIS send my case directly to US embassy and USCIS said that we had send the approval notification of this case to us embassy and port of entry...

Yesterday i email NVC and i got replay they said that:-

Dear Sir/Madam:

Your inquiry has been received at the National Visa Center (NVC).


The petition has been returned to the U.S....

I found some1 whoz brother "Interview December 2008
Received call to resubmit medical May 2011
Got Visa after 60 days of submitting new medical"

so they didn't ask for anything except medical
...

Yes i know about medical to update, but just worried about i864 bz i heard somewhere that its not gonna expire in CR1 or IR1....

Today i checked the status of my case at USCIS after denied my visa by embassy and now the USCIS said that:-

On September 20, 2011, the appropriate American Consulate or port of entry was notified...
