For the others this is fairly new program that allows recent graduates to work...

Yes you can be sponsered by an agent on an O-1. This is what actors and models do on this visa. However all client work goes through them (which is there job as your agent) and you obviously pay them...

I would recommend Australia. Espically since you have a young family. The beautiful beaches are hard to beat. Plus the school system is a hell of a lot cheaper then the US both public and private....
