UK corruption Tax 21% small company, 28% large company
I also pay employees 4 weeks holiday per year.
Sick pay.
maternity pay for about 10 months ( i think ).
As well as 17.5 % VAT

I have have about £400k but i dont want go down the E5 route, it seems an expensive way to get a GC with 2 years of limitations.
