While this is good advise, I fail to understand how do you that practically. No good school in Melbourne gives your child admmission without having 12 month lease in hand. I have written to so many...

I am an Indian citizen and living in UK from past few years. I have been asked to provide PCC for VE175 permanent visa.

and looks like I have to apply at High Commission of India at London only. ...
