That's a great reason for them to say WHATEVER they want to say. All other nice and polite officers are doing their jobs too. That's how I distinguish them Polite V.S Rude. Of course they can say...

Welcome back!
He was just being rude!!! They always pull me to the secondary. There was one time when I had F-1 visa. I asked them why did they pull me to the secondary every time. That guy answered...

Yeah...I got my CGC last year. I was curious and checked the case status for my AOS few days ago. I-485 is under RFE and I-130 is under acceptance...

No. I am not happy about it becuase I've to wait when I go to the secondary.... I just learn to accept it. I figure out that an experienced officer will know how to handle my situation w/o...

I just received my ASC appointment notice today. Notice day is 02/05/2010. Appointment date is 02.24. Did you receive yours yet?

Please note this information does NOT pertain to the original poster.

you can go get your kids their U.S passport directly SINCE YOU ARE IN THE U.S.....and then you are good to go!

My friend's mother and uncle (his mother's brother).
It was filed more than 10 years ago. (sorry I couldn't remember the date he told me) They received a letter to notify them that it is their term...

You still have hope in front of immigration judge. You can ask your friends who can prove your good faith marriage in front of judge! Don't give up!
