So I sent mine in on Feb 9 and still nothing. The website says expect four weeks AFTER payment is taken. They've already had almost three weeks and I've heard nothing. What are they doing up there???

Thank you Rene, I appreciate your time and help. So even with my valid US Visa and greencard, this wouldn't be enough to offset my expired passport? It would be expired by 2 months.
