It might reduce chance of getting a visa.
Considering people were or are trying to give birth in the US to earn rights. Sorry if I am considering a lot without enough proof.

Sorry, not sure if I understand your reply. We aren't still there, and yet to appear for an interview. We'll surely have insurance later on.

My wife is about a month pregnant which we found out after booking an appointment for B2 interview.

Is it worth mentioning about it during interview OR after interview if visa officer is convinced...
