How does it work? Read somewhere that initially visa is granted for 2 years and your case would be reviewed after 2 years to grant PR. And you should be in NZ for some 184 days...

We had written an e-mail to NZIS and they said, "NO". NZIS only recognizes NZQA assessment for skilled migration purpose.

We are in the same boat..

We have Skill assessment from Australian Computer Society, and have realized that under new immigration rules (1st July 2011) we will have less chances of securing PR...

Our Degrees are in list of Exception on NZQA website. Do we still have to go for PAR/ IQA or our Degrees would be recognized.
