If I were you I'd land at a US/Quebec border and give them a Quebec address to send the card to as I'd be scared they would try saying that were weren't intending to settle in Quebec.

My apologies in that case. Although I do think that caution is classed as immediately spent, so cannot be considered unspent like a conviction, but please correct me if wrong.

Hi,

My understanding of a "caution" is that a record of it is only held at the station where it was issued. The Canadians should not have any visibility of it and I see no reason to mention it. ...
