And what about New SOL, if some one applies now and his occupation is in SOL but after mid 2010, his occupation is not in new SOL, then what would be the status of application.

I have read from DIAC website that new SOL will be announced on 30 April 2010 and it will take effect from mid 2010.

OK. Please also tell me what kind of verification they required. Whether they verify job's duties, technical detail or just verify that this person was working in the organization and his duration.
