Yeah it is fantasy but you can't change the weather and other bad things just to suit.... that would just be silly..... you have to like the place for better or worse!

Just putting a fantasy question out there to all of you ... If you could live anywhere in NZ, if money, job and other boring stuff was no object.... where would it be and why?

Thanks again for the Fernhill info, kind of going off Fernhill now! It would never have occured to us that it was a "party area"! Just goes to show how valuable other peoples info is!

I vaguely remember Cromwell when we last visited but get the feeling we just passed through. Its quite a small town isnt it? Prices are certainly cheaper but its still looking like Arrowtown is the...

Thanks for that, we were looking at houses in Fernhill so maybe now we will reconsider! We are only renting to start with anyway so Fernhill may do for the summer?

John Lewis, but only the Oxford Street branch. Not sure how much they charge as you need to contact the export dept.

Hi All
We are off next week to NZ with residents visas and are planning to go to Queenstown.
Does anyone have any advice on living in Queenstown, you know pros and cons etc and can tell me where...
