guys kindly tell do they ask for PCC for all the places u have lived(as mentioned on form 80 during last 10 years) or from places mentioned as temporary and permanent residence on ID card???

My residential addresses is same since my birth.I only spent 4 years in university out of last 10 years(away from home)do i need to mention those 4 years stay or should simply state home addresses...
