Thanks for the further advice and information. I have a feeling that I will be liable for UK tax as where I work is classed as being in the UK. Still moving out to the UAE though, just thought it...

Yes I believe this is no longer as straight forward as it used to be. I was told however that although they no longer issue a full residential visa for buyers, they should issue a 6month visa?

Yep thats true. Be even better of I could live in the UAE and avoid my hefty UK tax bill :-)
