NOC is 7245. My only concern with calling to query this is it may affect any future reapplication or AEO application, but if not, then there is nothing to lose I guess.

No , I didn't realise that was an option. Obviously the emplyer needs to do this, is there a formal process, or just call up the service canada site that processed the application?
