Paid my fee in early March and submitted the full form/check list by early April.

I got to the stage where I thought it was never going to happen and then the other day the approval letter came...

I received my IEC approval letter yesterday afternoon and the permit validity date is until this time next year.

Does this mean I am free to go over in my own time over the next year and...

I then logged in to the 'My Application' page and the submit button is gone (unsurprisingly) and next to 'IEC Category' there's now a big red X and 'Pending'. How can it revert to that...

On the personal information section I think (rather I hope) I have uploaded my passport photo but next to the upload box it says 'no file chosen' There is also another box saying 'view'...

Folks,

On the employment section it says there is the option to upload your CV/Resume in 'my messages' however there doesn't seem to be a button to attach a file as far as I can see.

Any steer?...

Hi there,

Sounds like it's 50/50 as to whether a firm will use a lawyer or not but in any case, $1,000 shouldn't be too hard on a their wallet, which is good news.
