Thanks for your good wishes. I wish we could afford the Northern beaches, but until the exchange rate improves we will be lucky to afford the Central Coast!!

We got our visa in February 2010 and activated the visa in April 2010.
It's been a long haul but the house is finally sold and Pickford's have been here for the last 2 days packing everything up....

Nobody yet seems to have replied to the point raised by kjj - If the rental income is below my personal allowance and therefore no UK tax is deducted will the ATO tax it notwithstanding it's already...
