My understanding is that in Saudi the NOC is no longer a requirement. Companies cannot insist on one. Your present company may agree to give you a release and allow you to find alternative employment...

Like other areas of Saudi, Riyadh is what you make of it. It is all about attitude and adapting to your surroundings. You have to be prepared for a large culture shock but if you can deal with that...
