I moved to Canada permanently in later part 2012 and haven't earned any income in Canada or in the UK in 2012 although i started my new job in Calgary in January 2013.
Do i need to complete a CRA...

Looking to spend some time in and around Calgary and was looking to use a mifi wireless broadband modem.
Anyone currently using this type of device and if so could you advise on a suitable carrier...

I take on board your advise but at this stage I'm en route to meet the 730day
requirement as I mentioned its only a hypothetical question at this point in time but I certainly wouldn't want to...

You have re-entered Canada but lets say
if you were not going to meet 730 days in the first 5 years, could you not wait...

as 180 days from 'landing' has elapsed, so it will cost anothe $50 each processing fee

Remember every family member applying for a PR card also must fill out an original Supplementary Identification form (IMM 5455).
back when i had to re-apply for my PR card the IMM 5455 couldn't be...

Same for me , I've not needed a PR card to enter or exit Canada as UK passport is fine.
But the delays with the PR card processing & driving licence problem are a bit of a pain.

even worse when CIC loose your first PR card after I'd been waiting 8 months and it then takes them a further 160 days to process a replacement plus they then charge another $50 :(

BC won't give me my 'card driving licence' until I present my PR card at my local
driving test centre. I've already paid for the licence & done the short test plus eye test etc and paid for the...
