For passport you need CRC (Child Registration Certificate; previously knows as Form B) and for going abroad you can get FRC (Family Registration Certificate).

IOM doctors would not suggest to consult your own doctor. You should wait till atleast first trimester and after that can have it with lead sheet provided your consultant doctor allows.

I think it takes around 7 - 9 months. In my case it took approx. 7 months.

You should reply on the team email address as mentioned by your CO. No need of his/her personal/official email address.

I do not understand why are you so much worried about holidays in Australia. Let them continue their work. Believe me you will get it when your time comes but not before that.

You are not requested to do medical and pcc so you should wait for next email from CO explicitly mentioning about medical and pcc.
