Re: VWP rejection and deportation- B-2?

This is what I was informed via email when asking about playing music:

Re: VWP rejection and deportation- B-2?

Granted, I would certainly mention it in my interview.

1) Do you think that applying straight after being sent home looks good or bad?

2) Bearing in mind I have already spent over 5 months in...

Re: VWP rejection and deportation- B-2?

Thanks Ozzidoc.

I appreciate all the feedback.

I do not want to marry the girl at this point.

I am interested to know if being rejected on the VWP is as bad as having been rejected on the...

Re: VWP rejection and deportation- B-2?

Yes I realise that.

I knew that I couldn't, but as I couldn't get a P visa, and I make so little, that it was ok, as it really just covers expenses.

The stamp on the bit of green (not attached...

Re: VWP rejection and deportation- B-2?

Sorry, I appreciate the lack of info- I literally returned a couple of hours ago.

They searched my bags and found my folder of papers indicating shows I wished to play, business cards of promoters...

Re: VWP rejection and deportation- B-2?

Apologies.

I now simply want to go back to see my girlfriend for as long as possible, though I understand they may believe I would still play a show or two if I say I want to go for 2 months for...

Re: VWP rejection and deportation- B-2?

Various reasons I believe, but biggest being that I earnt money when I was there before this year on the VWP. As an independant amateur musician, I was not in a position to apply for P visa.

As...
