So in conclusion i should wait longer for my GSM-175 instead of sign the 176 WA SS agreement?

i applied my GSM175 under Electronics Engineer profession and i am from Low Risk Country. i felt so weird why would my CO need such a long time to verify my documents. does any one from low risk...
