You get the chest x-ray independently to the medical and they then send it to the panel doc, who usually sends them to the AHC together i.e. you don't get, or see, the x-ray -like your medical.

I may be completely wrong and I'm sure someone will correct me otherwise, but why would you need to have your daughter complete a medical if (I assume) she is not planning on emigrating...

You can't have enough evidence and from what you've said, that should be enough. Maybe think about, if you haven't already:

Council tax bills;
Photos - I put about 120 in different...
