Yes I have also heard the same. I will be landing in toronto on 5th july. I will sit for the red seal and clear it. After that i will think of moving to somewhere else.

Yes i have done the searching about the read seal. The thing i now know is that i have to do some study and sit for exams which might take 6 to 12 months to clear. but what will i do by that time....
