When I land in Auckland I expect to spend a couple of days buying a car before driving down to BoP. Diesel in the Uk is more expensive but you can drive further on a tank. What's the situation in NZ....

My cash purchasers wanted my place asap. Their solicitors have so far taken 10 weeks to dot every 'i' and cross every 't'. Apparently the pruchasers are very frustrated that it's not happening...

Unfortunately, for me anyway, the NZ$ has strengthened again. I'm looking at houses and my bottom line is getting lower and lowere!!!
