I think that would be pushing it, both sides would have to have solicitors lined up already, with the buyer having a surveyor ready to go as well.

Took OH's about 2 weeks (10 working days) you can pay a fair bit more to get it back within a couple of days IIRC. However if it is not required that quickly then I would just take the normal route....

Same here, selected on the 12th Aug but still no confirmation that EOI has been successful and ITA on way. As said, patience is a virtue.....and all good things come to he who wait......:D
