I am in same boat as you. I filed a K1 visa for a lady from the philippines and she wanted to stay there and marry aonther man. Since then, I married a filipina lady and I am waiting for her K3...

Waiting for a spouse or a fiance is very emotionaly hard. But the thing about a spouse is there is a financial consideration for example:
If something should happen to my house most companies...

Will this be a problem

Will it be a problem if someone enters the country on a fiancee visa, leaves, without getting married. Then reapplies for a fiancee visa at a later date.
