The problem was just sitting in fron of the map. Did mix up Dubai Mall with MoE... :o

(So do really hope now Business Bay is next to Dubai...

interesting thought, but did find not so many options directly at Al Wasl, but rather at an area nearby (Business Bay, next to MoE). Was this one included in your suggestion.
