Re: Timing before filing DCF, Is EXACTLY 6 months too soon?

They have not specifically said where the interview for the visa would be made.
Rome is where we have now been told to file the I 130. From what we have been told it should be Naples, but at the...

Re: 5 Police Certificates...maybe more

Hi meauxna,

Re: Timing before filing DCF, Is EXACTLY 6 months too soon?

Yes, that looks to be the case. Rome is HQ for USCIS, I believe this is why it is usually quicker than London. It will be more expensive for us in travel and accomodation expenses, but if it gets...

2 weeks to go before...

Re: Timing before filing DCF, Is EXACTLY 6 months too soon?

Correct, London should be the place for us to file. Whether or not they will allow us to file there is another question.

So, Does anyone know if filing as soon as the USC has been resident for 6...

Re: Timing before filing DCF, Is EXACTLY 6 months too soon?

Hi Rete,

Sorry for not being so clear.

There is no US Embassy or Consulate in Gibraltar.

To get to the US Embassy in London we can fly direct from Gibraltar to London in 2 hours 45 minutes.
