If you have logged your application before July 2010, you still can convert your 175 to a 176 application

Are you sure that we can convert pre July 2010 applications?

I thought we cannot convert any applications after 2010 July changes (regardless the lodgment date)

I did a points test and I got 65 points and with spouse skills i'll get 70, so I qualify in terms of points.

currently my occupation is not on SOL 3...

Unfortunately my occupation is only on the SMP(victoria) and not on SOL 3

but I hope they have suspended ICT applications for this financial (2010/2011) year and they'll reopen it for 2011/2012)

We would like to move to Sydney/NSW and my hubby's nominated job will not be sponsored by NSW, so that option is not opened for us
