Lol....no not yet. Though the judge did mention that to me, as in not wait for the actual card and to go ahead and apply for Citizenship.

I'm going to take a break though and do it after a few...

I just wanted to give you all an update:
I refiled my I-751 for the 3rd time(mailed 03/09/2010)and received the Extension Letter notice dated 03/11/10. I did not respond to the NOID.

I had my interview in July 2009 and they mailed me the NOID on 1st Feb 2010. So appx 6 months after the interview I got their decision.

I know how you are going to feel now...

I HAD refiled under abuse, but it was changed to divorce waiver. Though I submitted affidavits from counsellors etc they were NOT licensed.

I will have to go in front of the IJ no matter what. But...
