Thanks for this...the only thing I wonder about is that I saw no reference indicating a need for the police certificate. Are you sure about this?

On 8/18/04 the DHS in London confirmed receipt of my wifes' I-130, supporting documentation, fee, and photos via a post card.

My gut says not to wait around for London to answer whether or not we will need a waiver of inadmissability. It seems that the waiver applies only to the visa not to the I-130. Any takers?

thanks again, I am going to guess that I wouldn't need to go for the waiver..but still that is our best guess....I wish I could afford a lawyer, but I just cannot at this point...unless I get the job...
