Fair enough, i know i shouldnt be making generalisations

Just dont want NZ to jump to 5 million people overnight and be ruined

Its a great place

Integration is the key here
When i was in NZ i saw plenty of Asian (indian, chinese, Hong Kong) students who had awful english. Obviously the Universities are looking at how much money they cn make....

The point i made about India (or any other country for that matter)
Is that loads of people from the Less developed world will turn up in NZ and abuse the uni system to claim residency if they make...

I got my results in the post
the 2 i screwed up on were

AST = 98 (should have been max 37!!!)
ALT was 44 (should have been 41 max)

Every time i call the centre up for advice they tell me to...

cool - that gives me hope

with regards to exercise i go to gym about 4 times a week
2 times to play badminton and twice for cardio, with about 5/10 mins on weights

i take no supplements
