Not sure really, except for the fact we have been waiting a very long time. We have e'mailed them in the past with no response. This time I e'mailed them due to the postage strike and requested PPR...

I e'mailed a couple of times with no response. This week I e'mailed again and received a very nice e'mail in return, followed by an e'mail for PPR two days later:thumbsup:

yes, me too. Can't go until week after next though, very frustrating. Just want to get those visas before they change their mind :D

We had our medicals in June and just recieved PPR this week. I think the odd e'mail may help but bombarding them will just irritate them. It is very frustrating but you just have to be patient. ...
