I know that only used to be a couple of euros a year now its well over 25€ still cheap but for how much longer? Ive also heard that all the IMI (council taxes) are being reveiwed in 2012 god help...

My advice is unless you need to rent DON,T the Clients here are not vetted like in the UK sometimes you are handed your keys over to the robbers.

Beware!!! The passport centre in Madrid are a load of money scammers I think they get commission of DHL !!! My pictures were to far away then they have the nerve to send it back and charge 13...

Big Shock say that again!!! Feel trapped here my house is up for sale and no buyers here !! so what do you do have reduced the price to rock bottom nearly what i paid for it 9 years ago!!

Just to add to the thread, No its not!! having lived here in Portugal for 9 years now returning to UK!! Well where do I start things here now is so exspensive even food compared to the UK !! Anyone...
