How did your husband go throuhg the interview without the K-3 being approved? For us, the K-3 was approved and then we were told to schedule the interview.

It sounds like that the I-130 goes on independently then, at least in your case. But if your I-130 is approved, that doesn't actually give a visa for entry, does it? I don't see how the entry can be...

NOA 1 was 7/30. So they're basically right at the upper limit of the 60-90 day window! Yours will be there soon!

K-3 Timeline:

Thanks, I do expect an interview. I was just surprised when I saw some of the other people's timelines showing that there wasn't an interview. But yeah, those were not recent cases.

I don't see why I'd get an RFE since it's the 1st NOA that I've lost, and I haven't even mailed in the I-129F for the K-3 yet. Am I misunderstanding something?
