Medicals still with assessors - now over 8 weeks, but.........

...... a strange thing has happened

when we now log onto the immigration.govt.nz website to look at our application status, the date recorded there as to when our medicals were received has...

just a note on this
- our medicals for our PR are referred to MAs because of one or two readings being slightly outside of normal parameters
- but, as you know, Stewart went to NZ...

Well Stewart saw a British guy who was extremely helpful
- we've been told he should have no problem pushing us through a one year work permit and that it'll take about a week..... so we're back...

We have no issues with our employer - he'll put back the start date no problem and has also been personally contacting our CO and now has her manager's number!!!

hasn't been too, too bad until this week
- Stewart's just finished work today so is off to NZ House tomorrow to see if they can help us
- maybe a one year work visa could be pushed...

Feelings of frustration, helplessness and bordering on despair now!!!
- it'll be 6 weeks on Wednesday that our medical results went to the assessors.... and still nothing......
